Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely including its original zip bag if sent in one, all tags attached and any accessories, you may keep any stickers. Make sure the package is sealed to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return arrives safely.

Refund Details: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
